Initially focused on providing educational, cultural, and social support to Ukrainian refugees, our association has gradually expanded the scope and diversity of its activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past two years, we have developed a wide range of programs \u2014 language courses, cultural events, activities for children and adults \u2014 to promote integration and community life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2024, we took a new step by launching professional integration projects to facilitate refugees\u2019 access to the Swiss labor market. In this spirit, we also aim to progressively broaden our audience beyond Ukrainian refugees, in order to offer inclusive and sustainable solutions for the successful integration of all refugees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our Promise<\/strong><br \/>The Association Together is committed to fostering integration, not only socially and culturally, but also in professional life in Switzerland. Raising public awareness of integration issues is one of our main driving forces. Finally, we enrich Swiss society through diversity, by encouraging cultural exchange, sharing traditions, and creating lasting human and professional connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Governance of the Association<\/strong><br \/>The governance of the association \u201cTogether\u201d is ensured by three bodies: the Committee, the Supervisory Board, and the General Assembly. The association \u201cTogether\u201d is managed by a fully voluntary Committee composed of five members: the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary, and two non-executive members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three members of the current Committee were elected by the General Assembly at its session on July 28, 2022; they are the founding members of the organization. The other two members were elected at the General Assembly on February 3, 2023. Members are elected by the association\u2019s participants for a three-year term, with partial renewal every two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Supervisory Board is a non-executive body whose main role is to ensure the proper functioning of the association. Its main responsibilities are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitoring the orientation and implementation of the association\u2019s overall strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviewing the management report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examining the organization\u2019s annual accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The General Assembly of members is the supreme deliberative body, competent to decide on any matter not expressly assigned to another body under the statutes.
