Daria Vorobiova is a photographer from Zaporozhye (Ukraine) who arrived in Switzerland in March 2022. Through photographs and interviews with women refugees, Daria tells the stories of women who have come here from different parts of the world, fleeing war with their children: stories so different yet so similar, recounting the strength of women and their difficult path to peace and happiness.

The aim of the project is to introduce the general public to the faces and stories of women refugees in Switzerland, through interviews and photos.

The first exhibition took place at the Forum de Lausanne from May 22 to June 5, 2023, with 16 unique stories presented.
