We invite you to a concert of the talented young Ukrainian violinist Bohdan Luts. Bohdan Luts was born in Lviv in 2004. He studied at musical high schools in Kiev and Lvov. Bohdan is currently a student at the renowned Menuhin Academy, Switzerland. Bohdan has won numerous prestigious international competitions, gives concerts in Switzerland, Denmark, France, Slovakia, Poland, Italy and Ukraine, and works with Europe’s leading symphony orchestras.
The concert takes place on Wednesday, November 1 at 7 p.m. Chem. des Lentillières 15, 1023 Crissier, Oassis district, Patrimonium building

Приготуйте разом традиційну українську та швейцарську страву. Учасники самі готують та куштують страви. Приготування страв буде супроводжуватися розкриттям інформації про регіон походження страви, а також про те, як його готували в давні часи, чому саме ці страви смаковали наші предки. Цей випуск «Культурного котла» присвячений кулінарним відкриттям.

Тема конкурсу: Казки різних країн, різних народів світу.
Тривалість конкурсу: 15.10.2023 – 30.06.2024
Правила конкурсу:
Три вікові категорії:
Молодші: від 4 до 6 років
Середні: від 7 до 9 років
Старші: від 10 до 13 років
Приймаються роботи: малюнок, живопис, формат А3 (297 X 420 мм). Будь-яка техніка (гуаш, акварель, олівець, пастель). Кожен учасник може подати на конкурс лише один малюнок. Роботи, виконані у вигляді колажів, аплікацій, з використанням програм графічного моделювання та дизайну, а також анонімні малюнки на конкурс не приймаються.
Необхідно надати наступну інформацію:

Подання малюнків: до 30 червня 2024 року

Церемонія нагородження: середа 23 жовтня 2024 року в Бібліотеці Шодерон Робота, яка отримає найбільшу кількість голосів на виставці, буде визнана переможцем у номінації «Приз глядацьких симпатій» у кожній віковій категорії. Журі складатиметься з професіоналів, співробітників бібліотек Лозанни та Французького інституту молоді та медицини (ISJM).

Dear friends, Our exhibition « La longue route vers soi », which took place in May at the Forum in Lausanne, is continuing its triumphal march. We have been invited to the Bibliothèque de Bussigny. Those who, for one reason or another, haven’t had the time to see our exhibition have the opportunity to see it there. Friends who have already seen it can revisit it and refresh their impressions. The vernissage will take place next Thursday at 7pm. Our « Chœur du Cœur » choir will be performing at the exhibition opening.
Dear Friends. Yesterday, at the school Artiloft, as part of the Marmite Culturelle program, we organized an art workshop on the architecture of castles in Eastern and Western Europe. We found out their differences and similarities. We built a model of the Golden Gate of Kiev, an example of a fortress protecting an entire christian city, as well as a typical Swiss castle in the Chateau de Savoie style (a square castle with round defense towers at the corners). In addition, a group of children modeled and painted nature and living things around the castles. This is what the two castles have in common: rivers and forests with mushrooms and animals. Everyone did a fantastic job! It’s great!
Dear Friends, Our second tour of the Botanical Gardens of Lausanne took place on the 5th of October. The participants learnt about predator plants, poisonous and medicinal plants of Switzerland and what plants are used to make the legendary Swiss Ricola lollipops. In the Botanical Garden of Lausanne and all over the world, nature is amazing! Sincerely yours « Together«
